Its simple, Bitcoin core is deliberately preventing block size so that Bitcoin cannot grow. I'm almost certain that banks and governments have something to do with this. The github is subverted. Its so clear and obvious. They could have made the block size dynamic based on miners votes like BIP 100. I posted on their github and was immediately ignored.

Altcoins are the future but the consumers need to know what Bitcoin is and most people don't know what it is.
