我一直认为ETH开发者能力不如ETC开发者,这个帖子提供了一个例证:

1dontpanic - ETC核心开发者:
There is a "hard fork" (major update) that is being finalized for block 3m. It will be released when testing is finished. It will delay the difficulty bomb by one year and provide replay protection. The proposals are in the github repo under ecip for the technical specifics.
Currently eth has not figured out wtf to do with opcode to stop the attacks, every 'fix' seems to expose another attack vector. To my knowledge there is not a plan to pull down the random guess patches they have recently pushed, though the issue is being taken seriously and we are also working on the problem.
To alleviate the confusion some experience around terms like hard / soft fork I prefer semantic versioning (semver.org) which follows the major.minor.patch version numbering, with majors being the only named updates. The upcoming release is 2.0.0 'Diehard' version making our progression from frontier, homestead/classic, diehard. |
